This is a 3 hour session on board your boat, running you through your engine, associated systems, common problems and how to solve them. The exact session will be tailored to the your boat and knowledge base.
About the Instructor
Craig is not a trained mechanic – but many people who have learnt from him about their engines find this to be an asset. What Craig does have is extensive experience keeping a fleet of 50 engines going in remote locations over 9 Seasons in the Caribbean. He’s seen a wide range of issues with modern marine diesels and has helped sailors solve them in person and over the phone. He’s used to explaining how they work and how to fix them to other sailors.
Cost
$300 for a three hour session. You can have multiple people attend – just be aware of how much space you have around your engine. We don’t recommend more than 4 participants.
